I am very grateful and blessed to have delivered my 1 hour keynote “Developing Resiliency During Turbulent Times” on December 10, 2019 for the Region of Peel Staff Day.
Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties. Developing resilience is not something that can be facilitated for you – it is a personal journey and a journey you can share with others while recognizing that their journey may be different from yours.
